*Zeffy – Instead of charging charities fees or percentages, they cover their costs through a voluntary tipping model. During the checkout process, registrants are prompted to add a voluntary contribution (often a percentage like 17%) to support their platform. Registrants can opt out or change this tip to zero. The nonprofit still receives 100% of the intended proceeds.
GUEST: Travis Allen was raised in Golden, CO and joined the military in 1988, where God regenerated him to new life and faith in Christ in 1990. He met and married Melinda in 1993, and God has given them five wonderful children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter.
Travis was educated for pastoral ministry at The College at Southeastern (B.A., 1997) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., 2006), further refined while ministering at Grace to You and Grace Community Church. He’s continuing his education at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary.
Travis has been pastoring at Grace Church since 2014, equipping the saints for the work of ministry, proclaiming Christ, warning and teaching with ever-increasing wisdom, to present the members of Grace Church mature in Christ.
HOST: David Wheaton is the host of The Christian Worldview, a radio program that airs across the country with the mission “to sharpen the Biblical worldview of Christians and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ.” He is also the author of two books and a speaker.
David and his wife Brodie have one son and are grateful to God for His grace in saving them and being members of their local church.
