TCW Minute: Revolution (Week of July 4, 2016)
Modern-day revolutions. This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian Worldview.
Two revolutions are at work in the western world, both in opposition to God. The first is globalist, believing that big, united governments with elites in charge will bring utopia. Britain’s vote to exit the European Union and the nomination of Donald Trump are reactions to this.
The second revolution is social and sexual libertinism, exemplified by the redefinition of marriage, family, and gender.
Who will be the victors in these revolutions? God’s Word says there will be global governance in the future led by Antichrist but that Jesus Christ will return to conquer and reign.
TCW Minute: Teaching Biblical Doctrines to Children (Week of June 27, 2016)
Teaching biblical doctrines to children. This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian Worldview.
Moses said: These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.
The truths of salvation, forgiveness, obedience, and others, should be taught to children early and often, as the ungodly world relentlessly tries to capture their hearts and minds.
One excellent way to teach children doctrines of the faith is through the animated cartoon series Theo Presents. The production quality is excellent and the teaching biblical and thorough.
Preview Theo and hear an interview with the creator at TheChristianWorldview.org.
This weekend, we’ll discuss what Britain’s exit from the European Union means.
TCW Minute: Fatherhood in a Post-Christian Culture (Week of June 20, 2016)
Fatherhood in a post-Christian culture. This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian Worldview.
Tragically, our culture has rejected the God-ordained design and purpose of a married father and mother raising children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Nowadays, mothers are urged to put career above childrearing, and at school, children are encouraged to choose their gender. But the biggest bullseye is on the head of the biblical family—the father. He is mocked and marginalized.
To be a godly father in our post-Christian culture, dads have to focus first on deepening their own personal walk with God. That is the key foundation for a strong marriage and godly children.

This weekend, we’ll discuss how to teach biblical doctrines to children.
TCW Minute: Doing Sports God’s Way (Week of June 13, 2016)
How to do sports God’s way. This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian Worldview.
The discipline, training, and perseverance that sports demands provides fertile ground for the revealing and development of character. Scripture even uses athletic analogies to make spiritual points.
And yet sports can be perilous. Pride, greed, anxiety, and temptations abound. Families find out that sports can quickly overwhelm their time and values.
Colossians 3:23 is a good starting point to pursuing sports God’s way: Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.

This weekend, we’ll discuss fatherhood in a changing culture.
