But it was inevitable that the left would fight back and now their strategy is apparent—use leftist judges appointed by Obama and Biden to stymie Trump’s orders.

But do unelected judges really have the authority to overturn the orders of a nationally-elected president? Has Trump overstepped presidential authority when it comes to such things as cutting government spending and deporting those who entered our country illegally, including a Columbia graduate student who calls for the destruction of Israel?
